iPhone & iPad
iOS Safari required
1. Open arcanavana.com in Safari
Must be Safari — Chrome and other iOS browsers cannot install PWAs due to Apple restrictions.
2. Tap the Share button
The Share icon (box with arrow pointing up) is in the toolbar at the bottom of Safari on iPhone, or at the top on iPad.
3. Tap "Add to Home Screen"
Scroll down in the Share sheet. Tap "Add to Home Screen", optionally rename it, then tap "Add" in the top-right corner.
The Arcanavana icon will appear on your home screen. Tap it to launch in full-screen standalone mode, independent of Safari.
Android
Chrome, Firefox, Brave
1. Open arcanavana.com in Chrome
Chrome is recommended for the smoothest experience. Firefox and Brave also support installation.
2. Tap the menu (⋮) or install banner
Chrome will show an install banner automatically after a few visits. Or tap the three-dot menu in the top-right corner.
3. Tap "Install App" or "Add to Home Screen"
Confirm the installation. Arcanavana appears in your app drawer and home screen.
Android also displays an automatic "Add to Home Screen" banner when PWA install criteria are met.
Samsung Internet
Galaxy devices
1. Open the browser menu
Tap the three horizontal lines (☰) in the bottom navigation bar of Samsung Internet.
2. Tap "Add page to"
Select "Add page to" from the menu options that appear.
3. Tap "Home screen"
Confirm to add Arcanavana to your home screen. Samsung Internet may also show an automatic install prompt.

1. Look for the install icon in the address bar
Chrome and Edge display a ⊕ install icon on the right side of the address bar when the site is installable.
2. Or open the browser menu
Chrome: ⋮ menu → "Install Arcanavana". Edge: ⋯ menu → Apps → "Install this site as an app".
3. Confirm and install
Click Install in the dialog. Arcanavana opens as a standalone window and is added to your taskbar or dock.
On Windows it also appears in the Start menu. On macOS it appears in the Applications folder and Launchpad.
macOS — Safari
Safari 17+ on macOS Sonoma (14)+
1. Open arcanavana.com in Safari
Requires Safari 17 on macOS Sonoma (14) or later. Earlier Safari versions do not support PWA installation to Dock.
2. Click Share in the menu bar
Go to File → Share → Add to Dock. Or use the Share button in the Safari toolbar.
3. Click "Add"
Arcanavana will appear in your Dock and Launchpad as a standalone application.

Is installing a PWA safe? Could it contain a virus?
Yes, completely safe — and no, it cannot contain a virus. Installing a PWA is not a file download. Your browser creates a shortcut to arcanavana.com and saves some cached files, the same cache any website creates. No executable file is ever transferred to your device. A PWA runs inside your browser's security sandbox with the same (very limited) access as any website — it cannot read your files, contacts, or messages. Nothing is accessed without your explicit permission. You can verify arcanavana.com's safety on VirusTotal or Google Safe Browsing before installing.
Is this a real app or just a website shortcut?
Arcanavana is a Progressive Web App (PWA). It installs like a native app — full-screen standalone mode, offline caching, push notifications, and its own entry on your home screen or app drawer. It is technically superior to a simple shortcut.
Why do I need Safari on iPhone?
Apple restricts PWA installation to Safari only. Chrome, Firefox, and other iOS browsers cannot trigger the "Add to Home Screen" flow. Once installed via Safari, the app runs independently of any browser.
Will I receive app updates automatically?
Yes. Arcanavana self-updates in the background via the service worker. Every time you open the app with an internet connection, it silently checks for and applies the latest version.
Does it work on desktop?
Yes — Chrome and Edge on Windows/macOS support full PWA installation. Look for the install icon (⊕) in the address bar. Safari on macOS Sonoma+ supports "Add to Dock" via the Share menu.
How do I uninstall it?
Long-press the icon on iOS/Android and choose Remove or Uninstall — identical to any native app. On desktop, go to chrome://apps or Settings → Apps in Chrome/Edge.
Is it available on Samsung Internet?
Yes. Open the browser menu (☰), tap "Add page to", then "Home screen". Samsung Internet also supports the automatic install banner when you visit the site.
